Creative Producer

We are looking for a Creative Producer for a new social shopping application targeting the U.S. market.

This is a strategic role where you'll be responsible for building and scaling our process for creating, testing, and redesigning ad creatives.

As we grow within the $1.19 trillion e-commerce industry, your ability to deliver powerful creatives will be essential for the successful launch and rapid validation of new marketing hypotheses.

What challenges await you:

• Creative Process Management: Coordinate designers, set technical specifications, and oversee deadlines and quality.
• Analytics: Evaluate creative effectiveness, adjust strategies based on metrics, and develop frameworks for the most successful solutions.
• Initiative and Process Improvement: Search for new formats and concepts, and build a creative team from the ground up.
• Hiring: Recruit designers and other members of the creative team.

What we value:

• Prior experience as a Creative Marketing Manager.
• Using AI tools for research, generation, and optimization of materials.
• Market, competitor, and trend analysis.
• A deep understanding of cultural and linguistic contexts to create relevant ideas.

• Data-driven decision-making.

A plus if you have:

• A basic understanding of User Acquisition.
• Experience with marketing funnel analysis.
