Intermediate Business Analyst

We invite a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team. In this role, you'll design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks to drive efficiency, reliability, and scalability across engineering teams. You'll also support the migration of 20+ applications to a new CI/CD system and help define platform standards, tooling, and best practices for long-term sustainability.

Is that you?

• 3+ years as a Business Analyst with strong knowledge of BA methods, tools, and SDLC
• Skills in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements
• Experience defining user stories, tasks, and acceptance criteria
• Experience supporting development teams in backlog grooming and sprint planning
• Experience creating and maintaining product and end-user documentation
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Strong analytical skills and ability to simplify and structure complex information
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong organizational skills and ownership of deliverables and timelines
• Upper-Intermediate+ English level
• Adaptability and proactivity in dynamic project environments

Desirable:

• Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot)
• Involvement in early-stage initiatives or PoC / MVP projects
• Curiosity and openness to adopting new tools and technologies
  

Key responsibilities and your contribution

In this role, you'll work with stakeholders and development teams to translate business needs into actionable requirements that drive the successful development and delivery of an AI orchestration platform.

• Elicit, clarify, and document business and functional requirements with stakeholders
• Translate requirements into user stories, tasks, and acceptance criteria for development teams
• Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and delivery activities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage priorities and requested changes
• Create and maintain clear, well-structured product and end-user documentation
• Structure complex information into clear, actionable artifacts
• Support continuous improvement of the requirements process
• Communicate requirements, workflows, and solutions effectively to ensure stakeholder alignment and successful feature delivery
