About The Role
Clear and comprehensive documentation is not just an add-on to a product. It's the key to how quickly partners and users can deploy the Ajax system — and how confidently they can take advantage of all its features. This is exactly the kind of documentation you'll be creating with us.

What awaits you:

• Working with devices ranging from motion detectors to advanced fire safety systems
• Writing both dry technical specifications and in-depth articles about AI principles in cameras
• Daily collaboration with R&D, PROD, marketing, product managers, and web developers
• Preparing documents together with the certification team to meet international standards and bring products to new markets
• Becoming a "translator" of complex technical language into clear, user-friendly content

Responsibilities:

• Write technical specifications and align them with R&D
• Create web instructions that make complex features easy to understand for users
• Prepare supplementary materials and recommendations for convenient product use
• Support marketing projects from the technical side and grow your own expertise

This role is for you if:

• You have experience working with technical texts
• You are proficient in Ukrainian and English (B2–C1)
