International Fintech Business (IFB) is an international consulting company specializing in financial licensing, M&A support, and fintech advisory.

We are expanding our team and looking for a
Junior Licensing & Compliance Associate
— a young specialist who will assist in preparing licensing documentation, working with international corporate materials, and supporting clients together with our senior legal team.

This is an excellent opportunity to start a career in financial regulation, fintech compliance, and international consulting.

Key responsibilities:

Work with licensing applications (payment institution, EMI, MSB, crypto licensing, Swiss SRO, etc.)

Collect documents according to regulatory checklists

Analyze corporate documentation, KYC/AML forms, policies, and procedures (in English)

Prepare draft documents and requests for senior lawyers

Communicate with clients via email and chat

Support senior specialists in licensing and regulatory submission projects

Languages:

English — conversational and sufficient for working with documents

Additional languages are a plus: Spanish, German, Chinese
