Our client is a full-cycle software product development agency with 20 years of experience in the US and European markets. They are a company with extensive expertise in web, mobile, and SaaS development, skilled in both web2 and web3 technologies. They provide services in verticals such as Media & Entertainment, E-Government, E-learning, Construction Materials, and GameDev, collaborating with both startups and well-known companies.

The company is looking for an open, responsible, and customer-centric person with superb communication and diplomatic skills - someone who manages client expectations and builds friendly relations with teammates equally well. It matters that you're ready to work in a horizontally managed company.

Required Skills:
  • 2+ years of experience in managing outsourced development teams.
  • Knowledge of Scrum, Waterfall, Agile, and Kanban methodologies.
  • Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency, experience in analyzing and clarifying functional and technical requirements.
  • Proficiency, experience in writing project documentation.
  • Proficiency experience of using trackers JIRA, Trello, and Redmine.
  • Business thinking.
  • Experience in developing practices and guidelines.
  • English - advanced.
Will be a plus:
  • Technical background.
  • Account management experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Planning the development of entire projects and individual functionalities.
  • Resource planning for projects.
  • Estimation of projects for new customers.
  • Communication with customer representatives.
  • Customer expectations management.
  • Risk and change management.
  • Interesting and non-standard projects from Germany, the USA, Africa, and even New Zealand.
