As a Blade Technician you are going to be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing wind turbine blades.ResponsibilitiesPerform visual and physical inspections of wind turbine blades.Conduct composite repairs on blades, including sanding, filling, and fiberglass workUse platform systems to access blades at heightCollaborate with site teams and engineers to report issues and recommend solutionsMaintain tools and equipment in good working conditionTravel to various wind farm sites as requiredReporting on service activitiesQualificationsPrevious technical experiencePrior blade repair experience is valuedCommunicative knowledge of EnglishBasic knowledge of MS OfficeComfortable working at heights and in confined spacesAttention to detail and commitment to safetyAbility to manage tasks efficiently and as part of a teamValid driver's licenseCompetenciesWillingness to travel, nationally and internationallyAbility to climb wind turbines and work at heights up to 150 mComfortable working at heightsSafety awarenessOpen and friendly attitude towards teammates and othersWhat We OfferWe are a team of skilled and committed colleagues who are all motivated by wind energy.
