We are looking for a Trademark
Paralegal
to join our dynamic team and support our global clients in protecting their IP rights. This is an excellent opportunity to deepen your expertise and contribute to exciting and impactful work.

What Will You Do?

• Creating and maintaining prosecution records in a database;
• Preparing, filing, and prosecuting trademark, or other IPR applications, including handling of office actions;
• Handling recordal of changes before local IPO;
• Assisting in maintaining IP rights (renewals, annuities);
• Assisting in due diligence and in-use investigations;
• Assisting with customs seizure reports and related matters;
• Assisting in portfolio integration; and
• Translating texts from the local language to English and vice versa.

What Are We Looking For?

• College or University degree is desirable;
• Excellent and professional command of the English language (both written and verbal);
• Experience as a Paralegal and/or in the intellectual property field is desirable.
• Detail-oriented;
• High sense of responsibility;
• Ability to work independently and manage various projects with minimal oversight;
• Good time management skills and ability to prioritize and utilize resources as available;
• Strong computer skills, not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
