What You'll Work On:
We're looking for a motivated Marketing & Community Intern to join our dynamic team and support our growth in the Web3 security space.
This entry-level position is perfect for someone eager to dive into marketing while building hands-on experience in community management and social media. You'll play a key role in amplifying Hacken's voice across communities and contribute to our overall marketing efforts.
Manage day-to-day communication with our global community across platforms like Discord, Telegram, and forums.
Handle social media management (SMM), with a primary focus on Twitter (X) – creating, scheduling, and posting engaging content, monitoring interactions, and analyzing performance.
Support Reddit activities as a bonus (moderating, posting updates, and engaging with subreddits related to Web3, cybersecurity, and bug bounties).
Assist in the full marketing process, including brainstorming campaigns, content creation (graphics, copywriting), email newsletters, and event promotions.
Collaborate with the marketing team on strategy, reporting, and optimizing outreach to ethical hackers, blockchain projects, and cybersecurity enthusiasts.
Track community feedback and social metrics to help refine our messaging and grow engagement.
Basic knowledge of marketing principles (e.g., content strategy, audience targeting, analytics tools like Google Analytics or social media insights).
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Enthusiasm for social media and community building; experience managing personal or small-scale accounts is acceptable.
Availability to work remotely with flexible hours (part-time or full-time trainee position).
Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced startup environment.
Familiarity with Web3 concepts or cybersecurity basics.
