Tabulera is hiring a Marketing Specialist to help scale our outbound efforts for our SaaS platform.

You'll own key top-of-funnel activities across cold email, LinkedIn, and paid campaigns—helping generate pipeline, grow awareness, and support our go-to-market strategy.

What You'll Do:

1. Cold Email Campaigns

  • Write and schedule outbound sequences
  • Build and clean prospect lists using your favorite tools
  • Set up and maintain inboxes, domains, warm-up tools, and sender reputation
  • Monitor results, test new ideas, and optimize performance

2. LinkedIn

  • Own the LinkedIn calendar - plan, write, and schedule posts
  • Run occasional LinkedIn ad campaigns

What You Bring

  • You take initiative -you notice gaps and fill them
  • 2–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing
  • Strong writing
  • Familiarity with outbound/email tools (Apollo, Quickmail, Instantly, Clay, etc.)
  • Experience running LinkedIn ads
  • Comfortable managing technical pieces (DNS, inboxes, senders)
