As a Risk Operations Specialist at Solidgate, you'll be the one keeping our engine clean, sharp and one step ahead. You'll monitor how merchants behave, how money moves, and how risk evolves in real time — making sure we scale safely without slowing down growth.This role is hands-on and impact heavy. You'll use data, logic and frameworks to keep portfolio exposure healthy, protect revenue, and help us make better, smarter risk decisions every day. It's fast. It's complex. What you'll do
— Analyse risk signals, detect anomalies, and trigger the right actions or escalations
— Monitor compliance with international payment scheme requirements
—
Control merchant reserves to prevent negative balances and minimise financial exposure
—
Manage merchant cap limits in line with the portfolio's risk appetite
—
Execute and continuously improve daily operational tasks within approved risk processes
You're a great fit if you have

— English B2+ — confident communication across teams and partners.
