We're now looking for a Director of Data & Analytics — a strategic leader who will unify and scale our analytics organization, transforming company-wide data into clarity, speed, and measurable business impact.

You will oversee and scale the analytics function across MacPaw by bringing together product analytics, marketing analytics, revenue analytics, market & customer research, data engineering, and martech.

You'll build a trusted data platform and operating model that provides a single source of truth, standardized metrics, executive-ready reporting, and rigorous impact evaluation. This role owns company data — and turns it into decisions that are faster, clearer, and more impactful.

In this role, you will:

• Define and execute a unified analytics strategy and operating model across Product, Marketing, and Revenue — covering people, processes, and platforms.
• Own and evolve the integrated data and analytics platform, ensuring data quality, governance, and secure access.
• Lead company-wide efforts to establish standardized KPIs, taxonomies, and attribution frameworks.
• Oversee market and customer insights, integrating behavioral and qualitative data to inform positioning, go-to-market, and roadmap decisions.
• Co-design experimentation and impact evaluation frameworks with Growth and Finance teams to measure strategic and tactical initiatives.
• Build and maintain driver-based forecasting and financial models in partnership with Finance.
• Own the analytics and martech stack, ensuring compliant and reliable data activation across channels.
• Define and enforce data ownership, stewardship, and governance across all business domains.
• Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing multidisciplinary team; drive accountability, performance, and career development.
• Oversee budgeting, staffing, and operational objectives, setting clear goals and delegating effectively to team leads.

Skills you'll need to bring:

• 10+ years of experience in analytics, BI, or data science roles, with 5+ years leading multidisciplinary analytics teams in software or consumer tech environments.
• Proven experience building enterprise data models, attribution/MMM frameworks, experimentation programs, and executive-level reporting that drive business outcomes.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of modern data stacks (event tracking, data warehouses, transformations, BI tools) and martech/CRM ecosystems.
• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills (causal inference, forecasting, segmentation) paired with strong storytelling and stakeholder management abilities at executive level.
• Deep understanding of privacy, consent, and data security best practices.

As a plus:

• Experience with pricing and packaging analytics, LTV/CAC frameworks, and AI/ML use cases for prediction and automation.
