Our customer is Anheuser-Busch InBev (AB InBev), the biggest brewery company in the world. We own over 630 beer brands (including Budweiser, Stella Artois, Hoegaarden, Beck's, Leffe, Chernigivske) in 150 countries and are considered to cover 28% of the global beer market worldwide. European HQ is in Leuven, Belgium.

BEES is an e-commerce and SaaS company founded by AB InBev. It is reshaping the traditional sales model and establishing itself among leading e-commerce players. Within our project, we are responsible for delivering the BEES platform to various countries.

• At least 3 years of software development experience
• Solid understanding of object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving
• Proficient in native mobile development, with strong knowledge of Swift
• Familiarity with Java backend
• Advanced communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• Proficient in optimizing software adaptability through configuration and parametrization
• Skilled in feature toggle implementation and localization strategies
• Strong debugging skills to identify and resolve software issues
• Familiarity with Git and Azure Cloud services
• Proactivity, team cooperation, high level of involvement, responsibility, and dedication to the work committed
• Ability to estimate efforts and justify them in front of the customer and the delivery organization, efficiency in getting buy-ins from different parties
• Willingness to deal with quickly changing and flexible priorities in multi-tasking and dynamic environments

Nice-to-have skills

• Hands-on experience with Java backend development
• Knowledge of API integrations, RESTful design
• Understanding microservices architecture
• Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB)
• Familiarity with Kotlin
• Experience with NewRelic, Firebase, Optimizely, Fastly, DataDog, or Segment
• Experience working in an environment that uses and stimulates DevOps culture
• University degree in courses related to computing, such as Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, and Systems Analysis and Development

• Participate in a cross-functional team contributing to feature development and global product maintenance
• Build and maintain tools for testing, automation, and release process improvements
• Be creative when solving problems and continuously seek improvements for processes and solutions
• Apply best development practices to achieve continuous improvement and high-quality deliverables
• Ensure strong collaboration with product, design, and tech teams to advocate for user experience
• Communicate clearly with your team and the company to advocate for the proposed solutions or to identify issues
• Autonomously recognize current and new priorities, evaluating the impact of their outcomes on the final result
• Provide the team with a quality strategy that supports the team's delivery goals
• Be constantly challenged to create world-class solutions
