Ми шукаємо спеціаліста, який готовий навчатися і розвиватися в напрямку технічного менеджменту Online events. Ти будеш частиною команди, яка створює та проводить вебінари, марафони й освітні програми.

Про тебе:

  • Впевнений користувач комп'ютера та мережами (Google Workspace, Telegram, Zoom).
  • Базове розуміння чат-ботів (Telegram, ManyChat чи аналогів) та логіки їх роботи.
  • Базове розуміння, що таке онлайн-івенти (вебінари, стріми, чати івентів).
  • Аналітичне мислення та уважність до деталей.
  • Інтерес до digital-маркетингу та розуміння важливості воронок і рекламних кампаній.
  • Сильні комунікаційні навички та готовність допомагати учасникам у чатах.

Буде плюсом:

  • Знання платформ для онлайн-івентів (WebinarStars, WebinarJam, Zoom, ReStream).
  • Базове розуміння воронок продажів та рекламних кампаній.

Твої задачі:

  • Тестування чат-ботів перед запуском (посилання, кнопки, нагадування)
  • Додавання та оновлення контенту в Telegram-ботах (тексти, кнопки, лінки)
  • Відстеження базових показників (відвідуваність, перегляди записів, залученість)
  • Підтримка чатів під час івентів (відповіді на прості запитання, технічна допомога)
  • Технічна підготовка до запуску івентів
  • Запуск вебінарів та онлайн-івентів на платформах (WebinarStars, WebinarJam, Zoom, ReStream)
  • Дистанційний контроль кожного івенту, технічні та людські фактори
  • Підтримка спікерів та учасників на онлайн-івентах
