is a civil society organization that has been uniting changemakers and supporting socially impactful initiatives for over 25 years, while fostering a culture of strategic philanthropy in Ukraine. We are one of the country's largest grantmakers, supporting hundreds of projects nationwide every year.

We are looking for a
Project Manager

  • Project implementation
    : planning, coordinating, and delivering initiatives from concept to successful completion
  • Resource management
    : effectively managing budgets and timelines to achieve maximum impact

  • Work with grants and grantees

: developing grant competitions, accepting applications, organizing evaluation and grant-giving processes, consulting grantees, checking reports

: monitoring project implementation and preparing reports and analytical materials

: proposing creative solutions to strengthen project implementation and impact

We are looking for someone who

  • Holds a higher education degree (Bachelor's, Specialist's, or Master's)
  • Has at least 2 years of experience in project management (experience in the civil society sector or with grant-funded projects is an asset)
  • Is comfortable working in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment
  • Has strong analytical skills and experience preparing high-quality reports
  • Is fluent in
    Ukrainian and English
    (spoken and written)
  • Is a team player with strong communication skills and the ability to inspire others
  • Demonstrates proactivity and attention to detail

Working conditions

  • Office-based position in
    Kyiv
  • Not a remote role
