Vidar Systems – український стартап у сфері акустичних технологій, який працює на стику військової оборони та безпеки. Ми створюємо акустичні комплекси, які за звуком визначають, звідки був зроблений постріл ворожої артилерії.

Шукаємо Supply Chain Manager, який зможе побудувати ефективну систему постачання, логістики та виробничої координації. Ми шукаємо організатора, здатного побудувати злагоджений ланцюг поставок: від закупівлі комплектуючих і управління складом до точного обліку запасів та готової продукції.

Ваші основні обов'язки:

  • Побудова та розвиток процесів управління ланцюгом постачання (від планування до фінальної доставки)
  • Пошук, відбір і управління постачальниками (електроніка, механіка, корпуси, спецобладнання)
  • Контроль виробничих графіків і своєчасності постачання компонентів
  • Оптимізація логістики в умовах обмежень воєнного часу
  • Управління складом та облік наявних компонентів
  • Розробка та впровадження політик закупівель
  • Співпраця з R&D, виробництвом і сервісними командами для узгодження специфікацій і термінів
  • Управління контрактами, ризиками та планами альтернативних поставок
  • Побудова системи звітності та прозорої комунікації для керівництва

Наші очікування:

  • Досвід у створенні або масштабуванні Supply Chain процесів (виробництво електроніки, hardware або складне обладнання)
  • Розуміння специфіки закупівлі компонентів для високотехнологічних продуктів
  • Навички роботи з ERP/MRP системами, аналітикою та плануванням
  • Досвід роботи з міжнародними та локальними постачальниками
  • Сильні навички переговорів та кризового управління
  • Вміння працювати в умовах швидких змін і неповної інформації
  • Українська – вільно, англійська – upper-intermediate+ (робота з контрактами, специфікаціями, комунікація з іноземними колегами та партнерами партнерами)

Буде плюсом:

  • Досвід у MilTech / Defense / Telecom / Electronics Manufacturing
  • Розуміння сертифікаційних і митних процесів для військового обладнання
  • Знання Lean/Six Sigma підходів
  • Досвід організації логістики у зонах підвищеного ризику
  • Досвід роботи з Odoo

Наш процес найму:

  1. Дзвінок-знайомство – 45 хв
  2. Професійна співбесіда – 90 хв
  3. Тестове завдання – 3-4 години
  4. Фінальна співбесіда – 60 хв
