Майбутні задачі:

  • Планування та організація досліджень – менеджмент стейкхолдерів, визначення цілей, задач та методології дослідження, розробка інструментарію· Проведення польового етапу досліджень (якісні та кількісні).
  • Аналіз поведінки та потреб різних клієнтських сегментів, дослідження бар'єрів користування цифровими каналами банку, оптимізація клієнтських шляхів (CJM).·
  • Надання рекомендацій з наповнення та фунціоналу банківських продуктів на основі проведених досліджень.·
  • Проведення глибинних інтерв'ю, фокус-груп та інших якісних методів для виявлення потреб, мотивацій та бар'єрів клієнтів
  • Проведення кількісних опитувань, аналіз статистично значущих результатів
  • Формування чітких гіпотез про те, які зміни можуть покращити користувацький досвід або метрики.
  • Підготовка звітів і презентацій у форматі, придатному для інформування при прийнятті стратегічних рішень.

Ми в пошуку фахівця, який має:

  • Вища повна освіта
  • Досвід роботи від 2х років з напрямком досліджень
  • досвід тестування концепції продуктів, назв,
  • мав досвід проводити U&A дослідження, дослідження з виявлення потреб
  • володіння Англійською на рівні intermediate +
