A Day in the Life
We are seeking a results-driven, customer-focused Product Specialist with strong multitasking skills to support the Spine, Neurosurgery, Ear, Nose, Throat, and Diabetes portfolio across the Ukraine territory. You will implement marketing activities through a distributor model, build a network of accounts, and drive therapy adoption in line with guidelines. Key responsibilities include customer engagement, product promotion, market intelligence gathering, and competitor activity monitoring, all aligned with company strategy.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Carry responsibility for the Ukraine territory, focusing on product promotion through marketing and market development strategies
• Ensure successful product launches, drive conversion, and increase adoption of key therapies
• Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with key opinion leaders and distributors
• Establish and maintain ethical, long-term partnerships with strategic stakeholders
• Maintain expert knowledge of clinical procedures and provide regular market and territory analysis
• Collaborate with distributors to implement marketing strategies and achieve business objectives
• Support cross-functional projects and meetings as needed

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• University degree in a relevant field is required; strong medical and technical understanding with the ability to clearly communicate complex concepts.
• Proven track record in market development; target-driven with strong marketing skills.
• Quick to learn anatomy, physiology, and surgical procedures; comfortable in the Operating Theater environment.
• Excellent communication and selling skills across all hospital levels and departments; able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); proficient in Microsoft Office; valid driver's license.
• Willing and able to travel frequently.

It would be beneficial for the candidate to have experience in surgical fields and the medical devices industry, as well as a background in medical education.
