Key Responsibilities
As an
Online Education Specialist
, you will be responsible for developing and promoting online training for stylists and hairdressers, managing the learning platform, creating and updating content to monetize the learning process.

• Animation of the learning platform to ensure traffic and audience engagement
• Administrative support and promotion of the Access educational platform in cooperation with the digital team
• Working with international content and creating local content for Access in collaboration with local learning managers and marketing teams
• Monitoring of platform key metrics and content performance
• Training trainers and learning managers on new platform functionality (mechanics, Bright/O+O tool)
• Managing B2B communities of the 2 largest brands (Matrix and L'Oréal Professional), ensuring communication between TG and the learning platform itself
• Development of a step-by-step training plan and calendar
• Tracking educational trends and best practices

YOUR FUTURE TEAM
You will join a team of creative people with knowledge and skills in the areas of salon business and hairdressing. Together with our team, you will create a space for learning and open new educational practices on digital platforms.

YOUR BACKGROUND

• Expert in the field of Digital/Marketing from 2 years with knowledge of training methodology, tracking training trends
• Deep knowledge of digital tools and mechanics, experience in content creation and social media management
• Awareness of the latest digital trends in education, creative and innovative approach to work
• Responsibility, attention to detail, high level of accuracy in working with numbers
• Ability to establish communication and build partnerships
• Confident user of MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT, etc.)
• Ability to work in multi-tasking mode
• English Upper-Intermediate
