IT Support Analyst — Kyiv, Ukraine

The Role

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a talented individual to join our IT team as an IT Support Analyst at our Kyiv office. As an integral part of our firm, you will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance and support to our end-users. This position offers an engaging and dynamic operational journey, where you will have the chance to contribute to the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities list:

• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
• Install, configure, and maintain software applications and operating systems.
• Set up new users' accounts and profiles and provide orientation and training on software applications and IT systems.
• Manage network connectivity, including LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi
• Monitor system performance and take proactive measures to prevent technical issues and downtime.
• Provide daily on-site IT support to users in the Kyiv office, ensuring timely resolution of hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Maintain inventory of hardware, software, and peripheral devices, and ensure proper disposal of outdated equipment.
• Document and maintain records of IT support requests, resolutions, and related information.
• Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain IT security measures, including backups, virus protection, and firewalls.
• Provide after-hours technical support as needed.
• Respond to and resolve infrastructure disruptions, including power outages and Internet connectivity breaks.

Key Technical Skills and Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
• 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
• Solid technical background with hardware, software, and strong knowledge of:
• Windows 10 and 11
• Active Directory administration
• MS Exchange
• MS Office (advanced document management and formatting)
• Setup and support of multifunctional devices (printers, scanners, etc.)
• Network connectivity and troubleshooting
• Basic office security systems (cameras, access cards, etc.).
• Experience with troubleshooting and problem-solving technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to provide technical support in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in Ukrainian and English (both written and spoken) is required.
• Previous experience in an international or professional services firm environment will be considered an asset.

Optional Skills:

• · Familiarity with the 1C Accounting system, including basic programming changes or technical specifications, would be an advantage.
