What product will you be working on?

Skillsta is an app that helps users worldwide improve their social skills through short interactive lessons based on real-life situations. The app ranked among the top 20 in the Education category on the US App Store.

What you'll be doing:

  • Uncover growth opportunities by diving deep into data and turning insights into meaningful business impact.
  • Co-create and implement ideas with the team that align with our product vision and drive measurable results.
  • Own the complete A/B testing cycle — from hypothesis generation and test design to dashboards, insights, and learnings that fuel the next iteration.
  • Analyze markets and competitors to discover new angles and opportunities for growth.
  • Explore user behavior and content interactions to shape data-informed decisions.
  • Clearly communicate findings and recommendations that move the business forward.
  • Continuously learn, experiment, and apply cutting-edge tools and practices to stay ahead of the curve.

We're looking for you if you:

  • Have 1+ years of experience in analytics.
  • Experience running A/B tests is a strong advantage.
  • Work confidently with databases (SQL).
  • Understand product metrics and how they connect.
  • Apply an analytical mindset with creative problem-solving.
  • See the big picture while diving into crucial details.
  • Embrace team values and thrive in a collaborative environment (SELECT).

Working schedule
