, we are part of a large international legal team comprised of professionals from 40 different countries. We are dedicated experts and passionate advocates for the advancement of the legal function, fostering close collaboration between countries and departments, and leveraging technology in our work.

Key Responsibilities
Joining us as an
Intern
, you will have the opportunity to spearhead your own project(s), gain practical knowledge and skills in your chosen field through diverse daily tasks within a team of experts. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing expert support in the field of personal data protection: This includes using international company tools for risk assessment and registration.
• Contract work: Prepare draft agreements and templates, conduct legal review of agreements, and support the operation of the automated contract management system.
• Ensuring internal communication of the legal department: prepare a monthly Digest of legal news, disseminate important communications, maintain pages on the internal Intranet site, develop training materials and presentations.
• Coordinating insurance programs: plan and discuss insurance programs with an insurance broker, execute insurance contracts, obtain approvals from the head office's insurance department.
• Organizing legal department workflows: manage meetings, prepare agendas, meeting minutes, action plans, information dissemination, etc.
• Contributing to projects aimed at digitalizing legal processes.

YOUR FUTURE TEAM
You will be joining a team consisting of a Head of Legal, two Senior Lawyers, and a Corporate Department Coordinator. We collaborate closely with all teams within our company, including business units, logistics, finance, purchasing, digital, Communication & PR, and scientific departments. Be prepared to delve into all aspects of legal support within the company to become a true in-house expert in an international cosmetics business.

Your Experience And Key Requirements

• Higher education (1st or 2nd year Master's student) from the Law Faculty of a university.
• Previous internship or work experience in a law firm of in a legal department is a plus.
• Strong team player with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). Proficiency in Canva for creating visuals and presentations and Power BI is a plus.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of managing projects.
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Ukrainian (written and spoken).
