Together with Mindly's CMO, Masha, we are looking for a UGC Buyer who will help scale Mindly through partnerships with creators, influencers, actors, and the launch of creative collaborations that drive performance in the US market and beyond.
What you need to join us:- 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing in Tier-1 markets.
- Experience in buying UGC content: from negotiations to final performance tracking.
- Excellent communication and self-organization skills.
- Ability to think like a producer — spotting potential in content and evaluating its impact.
- English B2/C1 — strong written and spoken skills.
- Experience in niches such as e-commerce, mental health, or other B2C directions.
- Experience working with the US market.
- Search for influencers and UGC creators who match our target audience, with a focus on the US market.
- Build and maintain partnerships through regular communication and interaction.
- Analyze the effectiveness of purchased content and find ways to reduce costs without losing quality.
- Take full responsibility for the process — from sourcing and communication to budgeting and analytics, with the opportunity to build the system from scratch.
- Maintain and update the partner database, ensuring structure, relevance, and completeness of data.
- Monitor current content, gather ideas, and initiate new creative formats to engage the audience.
Remotely, but we have offices in Ukraine (Kyiv, Lviv, Vinnytsia) and in Poland (Warsaw), so you can mix if you'd like. Preferably located in CET or EET time zones.
