Необхідні знання та навички:
  • Впевнене володіння Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, Power Query, Power BI (хоча б на початковому рівні).
  • Розуміння принципів довготермінового планування виробництва.
  • Досвід роботи з управління стоками ГП. Підготовка інформації (phase in / phase out) відповідно до плану обігу номенклатур.
  • Вміння працювати з великими масивами даних, аналізувати інформацію та готувати звіти.
  • Знання та навички роботи з 1С та ERP-системами (SAP IBP, SAP PP).
Завдання:
  • Розрахунок потреби у виробничих матеріалах в розрізі виробничих локацій та каналів наповнення.
  • Аналіз запасів матеріалів (обертовість, матеріали без руху, тощо).
  • Визначення та оновлення мінімальних запасів матеріалів в розрізі асортименту та обсягів.
  • Формування потреби на матеріали поза виробничими специфікаціями.
  • Аналіз доцільності / можливості зміни виробничих планів з урахуванням запасів матеріалів.
  • Участь у проєктах переходів / спрацювань матеріалів.
  • Участь у розробці інструментів для планування.
  • Підтримка існуючих звітів в Power BI.
