Currently, we are looking for a Project manager to join the Promova team. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind managing processes within two product development teams (Monetization squad and R&D squad) to ensure alignment and achieve key goals.

YOUR AREA OF IMPACT:

• Leading and supporting 2 cross-functional development squads.
• Planning and balancing team workload and resources.
• Continuously improving existing Agile frameworks to drive efficiency.
• Designing and refining SDLC, team processes, and process performance metrics.
• Driving alignment with OKRs and roadmaps, ensuring deadlines and goals are met.
• Facilitating team ceremonies and collaborative sessions.
• Maintaining clear, up-to-date process documentation.
• Partnering closely with Product Managers and key stakeholders.
• Configuring Jira and other tools to streamline team workflows.

ABOUT YOU:

• You have 6+ months of experience in a Project manager role.
• Solid grasp of Agile (Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban), SDLC, and bottleneck analysis.
• Skilled in Jira, Confluence, Notion, Miro, Figma.
• Strong facilitation, backlog, and resource planning skills.
• High level of English.
• Proactive, organized, responsible, and a true team player with sharp communication.
• Able to quickly assess priorities and deliver smart, effective solutions.
