Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Manager, located in Lviv. The Office Manager will be responsible for handling day-to-day administrative tasks, managing office equipment, providing customer service support, and ensuring smooth office operations. The Office Manager will also assist with scheduling, correspondence, and maintaining office records.

What you will do:

  • Office management:
    ensuring a comfortable workspace, preparing workplaces for new employees, cooperating with cleaning companies.
  • Internal process coordination:
    overseeing office equipment, supporting smooth team operations.
  • Supplier relations:
    analyzing prices, placing orders, tracking deliveries, and monitoring expenses.
  • Event organization:
    planning corporate events, celebrations, birthdays, and preparing gifts to maintain team spirit.
  • Office resource management:
    handling minor bookkeeping (procurement expenses), tracking equipment, furniture, stationery, and restocking supplies.
  • Document flow:
    processing, sending, receiving, and storing documents, working with courier and postal services.
  • Office security:
    managing access, controlling keys, badges, and the entry system.
  • Corporate communications:
    sharing announcements, news, and organizational updates.
  • Business trips:
    booking tickets and hotels for employees.

We are looking for you if you:

  • Are confident with office software (Google Workspace, Word, Excel, email).
  • Are detail-oriented, organized, creative, and able to multitask.
  • Understand business communication etiquette and can find solutions in stressful situations.
  • Can build effective communication and unite people to achieve common goals.
  • Are result-oriented.

It will be an advantage if you have:

  • A driver's license.
  • Experience in hospitality or event organization.
  • Strong skills with Google Sheets.
