About the RoleWe are looking for a Talent Researcher who treats sourcing like an art form and a challenge worth winning.

- Hunt down top talent using every sourcing method you know (and some you'll invent).
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to design bold search strategies.
- Build and maintain pipelines of high-potential candidates across markets.
- Track sourcing metrics and turn data into impact.
- Experiment with tools, automate processes, and push sourcing to the next level.
- Craft messages that candidates can't ignore — turning cold outreach into real conversations.
- 1 year of sourcing or recruiting experience.
- Strong research skills and the ability to uncover hidden talent.
- Analytical mindset and love for metrics, dashboards, and reports.
- Copywriting skills that make candidates want to answer you.
- Curiosity, creativity, and a results-driven approach.
