Specialist of the Department for Counteracting Fraudulent PC Transactions

Position tasks:

  • Monitoring of transactions with the Bank's payment cards in real time in order to timely detect and stop possible unauthorized transactions.

Main functional responsibilities:
- Monitors transactions with the Bank's payment cards in real time or close to it in order to promptly detect and stop possible unauthorized transactions;
- Makes outbound calls to customers to confirm transactions using payment cards;
- Interacts with other banks and divisions of the Bank on issues of monitoring risky transactions with payment cards;
- Informs the Head of the Department about the occurrence of fraudulent transactions.

Candidate requirements:

  • Education – Bachelor's degree from a university, preferably in a technical or economic field;
  • A penchant for analytical skills;
  • Balance;
  • Free communication Ukrainian
  • Basic computer skills;
  • It is desirable to have basic competence in working with payment instruments: the concept of a payment card, PIN code, code for online payments (CVV/CVC).
  • Work schedule: 12 hour day shift / 24 hours rest / 12 hour night shift / 48 hours rest (flexible work schedule)
