Для здійснення наших амбітних цілей ми шукаємо нового колегу в нашу команд "Senior Architect''

Основні обов'язки:

  • Створення і ведення архітектурних концепцій (як об?єкт буде виглядати) забудови від першого етапу до останнього.
  • Створення операційних концепцій забудови (як об?єкт буде працювати).
  • Формування ескізних альбомів.
  • Опрацювання feasibility studies - частково (дослідження доцільності реалізації об?єктів - частково).
  • Керування і контроль над Middle & Junior архітекторами, проектними спеціалістами, з метою створення концепцій.
  • Проектування генеральних планів, об?ємів, ескізних планувань, екстер?єрів, інтер?єрів тощо.
  • Інші релевантні задачі в зобов?язання.

Що ми очікуємо від кандидата:

  • Знання необхідного проектного програмного забезпечення (revit, archicad, sketchup, etc).
  • Знання нормативів, ДБН, обмежень, інших релевантних лімітів.
  • Розуміння у містобудівній документації.
  • Англійська мова.
