We're looking for a Senior SEO Professional who's excited about AI, automation, and where search is headed next. You'll take the lead on our organic visibility - from Google to ChatGPT and beyond by building systems, optimizing for platforms, and scaling what works.
You'll join Setapp - a subscription-based app service for macOS and iOS. It provides access to 250+ Mac and iOS apps for daily tasks covering productivity, lifestyle, web development, Mac maintenance, creativity, writing, education, and personal finance.

In this role, you will:
  • Own and grow SEO strategies across Google, AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and other platforms
  • Define product-led SEO strategy, execute SEO plans, and validate with Content Marketing Manager and PMM in alignment with the customer journey and product marketing strategy
  • Build scalable SEO systems and frameworks that support long-term growth
  • Design, review, and optimize website architecture for crawlability, internal linking, semantic relevance, and topical authority
  • Define and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO activities, including content relevancy, structured data, Core Web Vitals, and link-building strategies
  • Use tools, scripts, and automation to improve research, performance tracking, content workflows, and optimize repetitive SEO tasks
Skills you'll need to bring:
  • 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience with measurable impact
  • Strong in both keyword strategy and technical SEO
  • Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and SEO-focused automation platforms
  • Skilled with tools like Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Search Console, etc
  • In-depth experience with website analytics tools
  • You're independent, proactive, and not afraid of testing bold ideas
  • At least an upper-intermediate level of English
As a plus:
  • Experience with programmatic SEO or scaling large content libraries
  • Background in SaaS SEO
