Chief Financial Officer

Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and policies that align with the company's mission and objectives.

Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management. Optimization of business processes inside the financial department and cross-functional.

Lead financial planning and analysis to support strategic decision-making and performance improvement.

Manage the finance team, providing leadership, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.

Evaluate and mitigate financial risks while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Establish and maintain relationships with financial institutions and stakeholders.

Collaborate with the executive team to drive business growth and profitability.

Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, management engineering or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position, preferably in the IT industry. Experience of work with multiple foreign jurisdictions.

Financial Expertise: Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.

Strategic Vision: Proven ability to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives. Ability to think strategically and provide insightful financial analysis and recommendations.

Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and people management skills. Ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve goals, foster innovation, and drive results.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and draw actionable insights.

Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to present financial information clearly and effectively to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.

Knowledge of financial and tax regulations in Norway and the UK would be a plus.
