We are creating a next-generation neobank that securely combines crypto, banking, and investments in a single platform. From multi-currency accounts and seamless payments to digital assets, staking, and access to global markets, we empower individuals and businesses to manage money with confidence. Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Own and enforce brand guidelines across all visual assets, ensuring a cohesive and professional image
  • Design compelling and high-performing visuals for digital marketing (social media ads, banners, email templates, landing pages) to drive user acquisition and engagement
  • Simplify complex financial and crypto concepts (e.g., DeFi, yield farming, security protocols) into clear, engaging infographics, illustrations, and motion graphics for educational and marketing content
  • Work closely with Product and UX teams to ensure the app's User Interface (UI) is not only clean and modern but also visually consistent with the brand and highly intuitive, especially for complex financial flows
  • Design and iterate on in-app banners, icons, illustrations, and transactional graphics that enhance user understanding and action

Requirements:

  • Proficiency with

    especially Figma/Sketch (for digital product assets and collaboration) and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Deep understanding of modern design principles (typography, color theory, layout) specifically applied to web, mobile, and social platforms
  • Motion Graphics (Highly Valued): Proficiency in tools like Adobe After Effects or similar to create engaging, concise animations for social media and product-related videos
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
