Generect is data for B2B sales.

We help sales departments, marketing teams, and agencies find and verify contacts of potential clients.

We are building real-time data parsing and validation infrastructure, the foundation for our SaaS, API, and MCP. On top of this, we develop integrations, Chrome extensions, and CRM plugins.

Our users already include large marketing platforms, agencies, and AI agents across Europe and the US. Every day we process tens of millions of records.

Here you'll work on a system solving non-trivial problems of large-scale data collection and processing and you'll directly impact a product used by top players in the market.

The role

We are looking for an experienced Back-End Engineer to join our team and work on our core data parsing and lead generation technology.

What you will do

  • API development
    : build and maintain RESTful APIs with Django REST Framework
  • Data processing
    : work with parsing systems across multiple sources
  • Databases
    : design and optimize PostgreSQL schemas, write efficient queries
  • Background tasks
    : build data processing systems with Celery
  • Security
    : implement authentication systems (JWT, API keys)
  • Testing
    : write unit and integration tests
  • DevOps
    : work with Docker and deployment systems

Must-have skills (2+ years of experience)

  • Python with Django and Django REST Framework
  • PostgreSQL (schema design and query optimization)
  • Redis for caching
  • Celery for background processing
  • Docker and containerization
  • RESTful API design
  • Git and team collaboration
  • Unit testing

Nice-to-have skills

  • Experience with data parsing
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture
  • Experience with payment systems (e.g., Stripe)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD and deployment automation

Not mandatory, but we'd love if you have at least one vibe-codded app
