is an international humanitarian organization supporting vulnerable populations affected by conflict and crisis. In Ukraine, HI provides emergency assistance, rehabilitation, mental health and psychosocial support, risk education, and ensures safe humanitarian access across several regions. HI operates through multiple bases (Kyiv, Dnipro, Kharkiv, Mykolaiv), working closely with communities and partners to deliver principled and safe humanitarian action.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the security situation in real time using official sources, Telegram channels, and internal updates.
• Validate and approve movement plans (routes, timing, destinations, risk level).
• Maintain constant communication with field teams and ensure their safety during missions.
• Track all movements, update logs, and document incidents or changes.
• Respond immediately to incidents, air alerts, delays, or emerging threats; escalate according to SOPs.
• Provide clear shift handovers and short daily updates.
• Follow HI's security, movement, and incident response SOPs with high discipline.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and high level of responsibility.
• Ability to stay focused during long shifts, including nights.
• Ability to make quick, clear decisions under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills (clear, concise, structured).
• Basic IT skills (Google Sheets, messaging apps, phone communication).
• Experience in security, operations, military, coordination, dispatching, call centers, or humanitarian work is an asset.
• Fast learner, able to strictly follow established procedures.

Work Conditions

Shift schedule:

2 day shifts → 2 days off → 2 night shifts (12 hours each).

• Work is 100% on-site in the Kyiv coordination office.
• Constant communication with field teams and security structures.
