Operations Manager

Full-Time | Remote

We're looking for a systems-first operator who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to turn ideas into repeatable, scalable processes. This role sits at the heart of execution: you'll take the CEO's strategic initiatives from concept to rollout, design efficient systems, and coordinate cross-functional teams to keep everything moving.

What You'll Do

• Strategic Execution – Drive CEO initiatives from idea → full implementation (e.g., new product rollouts, wholesale programs, marketing processes).
• Process Design & Improvement – Identify bottlenecks, design solutions, build SOPs and training materials, and implement changes that stick.
• Knowledge Extraction – Capture expertise from key personnel and convert it into clear, scalable processes.
• Project Management – Oversee cross-functional projects with a systems-first approach; delegate execution to VAs and automation where possible.
• Problem Solving – Tackle operational challenges in real time (like fulfillment errors, technical issues, or process gaps).
• Automation & AI Forward – Spot opportunities to streamline operations through automation, AI tools, and smart system design.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years in operations, business systems, or project management (startup/small business experience preferred).
• Proven ability to design and optimize processes across different business functions.
• Hands-on experience with automation or AI-powered tools to improve workflows.
• Comfort managing projects with multiple stakeholders and moving parts.
• A "builder" mindset - proactive, resourceful, and excited to create structure from complexity.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to document and roll out systems clearly.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with Shopify, fulfillment operations, or similar e-commerce processes.
• Familiarity with data analysis, reporting, or dashboarding tools.
• Prior exposure to lean methodologies or continuous improvement frameworks.
