We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in lead generation/SDR/BDR roles in B2B tech sales, with a proven track record of setting up qualified discovery or into calls. Excellent English skills, both written and spoken, are essential. You must be confident in using LinkedIn, sales tools, and CRM systems, and able to communicate clearly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:- Build high-quality lead lists using various tools
- Research potential clients and identify key decision-makers
- Run sharp, tailored outreach campaigns
- Initiate conversations with potential clients via LinkedIn, email, and other channels
- Book qualified discovery calls for our Enterprise Account Executive
- Test and optimize messaging strategies with your manager
- Track your results and share feedback to improve our approach
