Product Growth Director

ART2HIRE is a leading company in mobile-first product development, leveraging AI technology to make it accessible to everyone. We are now seeking an experienced Product Growth Director to lead our team of seven seasoned Growth Product Managers.

The successful candidate will drive growth and impact across our AI-powered mobile apps, developing new strategies to boost revenue and capitalizing on future opportunities. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a team of Growth PdM, fostering growth and skill expansion among teammates, and achieving collective goals
• Pioneering innovative approaches to drive revenue growth and exploring emerging prospects
• Allocating resources effectively and setting up efficient growth processes

We are looking for an accomplished professional with at least 3 years of experience in mobile app subscription monetization, who can bring their expertise in managing teams and driving business growth. The ideal candidate should have experience with full monetization funnels, business growth mechanics, LTV prediction, and thorough understanding of mobile promotion, development, and monetization.

Additionally, they must possess consummate analytical skills, excellent people management skills, and a strong command of English. Experience with Web2app and Web2Web would be a significant advantage.
