Chief of Party Job Summary

">About the Role
">We are seeking a highly experienced Chief of Party to lead our team in Ukraine. The Chief of Party will be responsible for providing overall team management, technical direction, administrative coordination, operations oversight, and client relations.
">Main Responsibilities
">Lead a team of senior-level international and national staff across diverse technical areas.
Ensure effective internal and external risk management, including standards for monitoring, escalating to, and managing incidents.
Maintain effective project reporting, evaluation, and communication systems.
Oversee grant/project budget within approved spending levels and ensure accurate and timely financial reports.
Travel to and within Ukraine (50%) to implementation sites and regional/global meetings as needed.
Requirements
">The ideal candidate will have:
">A Master's degree or equivalent qualifications in international affairs, social science, or a related field.
At least 10 years of progressively responsible experience in the humanitarian, development, or transition field.
Within the 10 years of experience, at least five years of experience managing teams and three years of experience working in conflict zones.
