We are seeking a seasoned Senior Staffing Manager to join our Talent Excellence Department. In this critical role, you will contribute to efficient hiring for various challenging and exciting IT projects, acting as a liaison between delivery and recruitment teams.
This position requires a recruitment expert who can support and strengthen our strategic staffing efforts, ensuring smooth collaboration across departments and stakeholders.
- Drive effective communication and collaboration across various teams and stakeholders to ensure successful staffing outcomes.
- Accumulate and maintain structured project- and client-specific staffing knowledge.
- Act as the main point of contact for the customer, delivery, and recruitment teams.
In this role, you will:
- Present projects at hiring events, interviews, and offers.
- Contribute to the development of hiring strategies in collaboration with delivery and recruitment.
- Assist internal teams in preparing resources for future staffing needs.
