Career Recruiter

As a key member of our international recruitment team, you will be responsible for leading the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing and interviewing candidates to promoting our employer brand and coordinating successful hires.

You will operate independently in a remote environment, collaborating closely with a multicultural and values-driven team. Your expertise will be essential in strengthening our employer branding and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

• Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract top talent
• Conduct structured interviews and coordinate candidate evaluations to ensure seamless hiring processes
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and fulfill talent needs
• Champion an inclusive recruitment approach to support workforce diversity and promote equal opportunities

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

• Proven experience in full-life cycle recruiting
• Strong knowledge of employer branding strategies and their impact on candidate engagement
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse cultural backgrounds
• Comfortable working remotely and autonomously, with a high degree of self-motivation
• Experience in multicultural or international work environments is highly valued
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
