Strategic HR Advisor

The HR Business Partner will play a crucial role in supporting the Audit Department.

As an integral member of our dedicated People, Performance & Culture team, you will contribute to fostering a collaborative environment that promotes engagement and productivity. You will be responsible for ensuring that our HR strategies align with our overall business objectives.

Finding Meaningful Solutions

• Provide daily HR guidance to management of the Audit department
• Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies
• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
• Investigate complex employee relations issues effectively
• Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
• Identify training needs for teams and individuals

A Strong Team Player

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner with excellent communication skills
• Demonstrable experience with HR metrics and labor legislation
• Goal-oriented personality with analytical thinking
• Good understanding of all HR functions and best practices
