Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at skillreveal GmbH, an innovative Ukrainian-German product startup. Our core is the skillreveal.io platform that unites employers, talents & experts to collaborate on job opportunities as one team.

In this role, you will play a critical part in building successful tech teams by conducting qualified hard skills assessments and precise talent matching. You will work closely with Hiring Managers and candidates to identify top talent and ensure cultural fit within our organization.

• Candidate sourcing and outreach through various search methods
• Collaboration with Hiring Managers to develop search strategies for open vacancies
• Creation of "talent pools" for existing and future vacancies
• Effective communication with candidates and stakeholders to build strong relationships

You will be responsible for identifying and engaging with active and passive candidates, screening CVs, organizing HR and technical interviews, and promoting creative vacancies on professional platforms. Your analytical mindset and ability to work in multitasking mode will be valuable assets in this role.

• Upper-Intermediate English level
• Knowledge of technological trends in IT and non-standard talent search channels
• Ability to set priorities and maintain flexibility
• Analytical mindset and desire to work with analytics

• A competitive salary of €55,000 - €65,000 per year
