Flight Operations Coordinator Overview

Job Description:

• The Flight Operations Coordinator will manage and support global charter flight operations, coordinating closely with senior management, pilots, ground crew, and passengers to ensure smooth mission execution.
• Serving as the main point of contact for pilots, ground crew, senior management, and passengers.
• Responsibilities include arranging transportation, catering, and managing travel documentation, developing and maintaining standard operating procedures for recurring tasks and workflows.
• Collaboration with the sales team to evaluate and support mission viability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the execution of global charter flights.
• Serve as the main point of contact for various stakeholders.
• Arrange logistics, including limo services, catering, and travel documentation.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with the sales team.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in flight operations or a related logistics/support role.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Fluent in English; professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly detail-oriented and capable of handling confidential information with discretion.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Bilingual in Spanish or another prevalent language.
• Experience working with high-touch clients or in private aviation environments.
