We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Research Manager to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting market research, identifying key triggers, and creating personalized value messages to engage leads through various channels.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Researching target industries, companies, and decision-makers to build accurate ICPs and lists.
  • Identifying key triggers and developing compelling value propositions.
  • Engaging leads through LinkedIn, email, and other channels using a multi-touch approach.
  • Warmly interacting with contacts by sharing relevant insights and content.
  • Sharing helpful materials like case studies to establish trust before scheduling sales calls.
  • Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to execute outbound campaigns and optimize outreach scripts.
  • Utilizing automation tools to scale efforts while maintaining personalization.
  • Tracking all interactions in CRM systems, updating lead information, and monitoring lead progression.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B research, sales development, or outbound lead generation.
  • Strong analytical and writing skills, with the ability to distill research into clear insights.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar tools.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple campaigns efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
