Mobile Product Growth Leader

ART2HIRE, a pioneering US-based company specializing in mobile-first products, is on the hunt for an experienced Mobile Product Growth Leader. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving growth and impact across the company's AI-powered mobile apps.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of seven seasoned Growth Product Managers, focusing on developing innovative strategies to boost revenue and capitalize on emerging opportunities.

This includes:

• Developing and implementing new growth initiatives
• Prioritizing and allocating resources to drive maximum impact
• Collaborating closely with other department heads to ensure seamless execution

To excel in this position, candidates should possess:

• At least 3 years of experience in mobile app subscription monetization
• Proven track record of managing high-performing teams
• In-depth understanding of full monetization funnels, including acquisition, activation, retention, organic, and referral growth loops
• Experience with business growth mechanics (App Store, Google Play)
• Strong analytical skills, with ability to interpret complex data and identify patterns
• Excellent people management skills
• Upper intermediate level of English proficiency
