Senior Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Consultant

Our client's Microsoft Business Solutions team is a leader in Microsoft software implementations for medium to large organisations, providing their clients with the ability to keep up with the ever-changing digital world by implementing Microsoft's M365, Azure, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Engagement (CE) software from the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) software line.
Job Responsibilities
- Functional Expertise: Show expertise in any or several of the following D365FO functional areas: Finance, Project Operations, Warehouse, Field Service
- Project Delivery: Deliver D365 FO end-to-end implementation projects including design, configuration, testing, training, cutover, post go-live support & reporting
- Requirements Gathering: Work with onsite engagement team & client team to gather requirements, determine expectations & finalise deliverables
- Quality Assurance: Ensure quality project delivery of deliverables produced and demonstrate experience in system and functional testing
- Consulting Skills: Demonstrate excellent foundational consulting skills, including analytical knowhow, written & verbal communication & team participation
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Ideally educated to degree level
- Microsoft Dynamics Certifications: Ideally Microsoft Dynamics certifications such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Core Finance and Operations and Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate
- Experience: At least 6 years' experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations (D365FO) or 5 end to end implementation projects
- Skills: Exposure to presales activities would be an added value, conducting functional interviews, mentoring juniors, some technical knowledge would be considered as an asset, RSAT knowledge would be considered as an asset
- Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal English language skills. Additional fluency in one or more of the following languages is preferred: French, Spanish, German, Italian
