Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Operations Analyst. This is a dynamic role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

About the Role

The Operations Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Country Manager and team in various tasks related to IFC's activities. This includes collecting, organizing, and analyzing portfolio and pipeline data, conducting industry research, and monitoring policy developments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collecting, organizing, and analyzing portfolio and pipeline data to present the data in various formats for different audiences.
  • Conducting industry research, combining information from various sources to create a coherent and comprehensive overview of specific topics or projects.
  • Maintaining a good working knowledge of current advisory and investment operations (including blended finance) in Ukraine and responding promptly to queries from management and staff.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a bachelor's degree in economics, business, or finance, and at least two years of work experience in banking, consulting, or another fast-paced, knowledge-based work environment. You will also need advanced Excel and Power-Point skills, solid experience in using AI-enabled tools, and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Ukrainian.
