About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to spearhead our international recruitment efforts on a full-time remote basis. This key position will lead the end-to-end recruitment cycle, driving growth through effective talent sourcing and hiring strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment plans to meet business objectives
  • Strengthen employer branding and deliver exceptional candidate experiences
  • Coordinate structured interviews and evaluate candidate performance
  • Foster collaboration with internal stakeholders to identify and fulfill talent needs
  • Promote an inclusive recruitment approach to drive workforce diversity and engagement
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Proven expertise in full-cycle recruiting, with a strong focus on employer branding and candidate experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work autonomously and remotely
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field, with relevant work experience preferred
