At the forefront of client satisfaction and retention lies a critical role that requires exceptional interpersonal skills, comprehensive product knowledge, and a keen analytical mind. As a Retention Agent, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients in the capital markets sector, focusing on fostering long-term relationships and ensuring their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients in the capital markets sector, focusing on client retention and satisfaction.
  • Proactively engage with clients to ascertain their requirements, address any concerns, and offer customized solutions to boost client retention.
  • Leverage comprehensive knowledge of capital markets products and services to inform and advise clients, thereby enhancing retention rates.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify prospects for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.
  • Analyze client data and market trends to pinpoint opportunities for retention strategies and client engagement programs.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory updates, and industry shifts to provide solid support for client retention efforts.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and retention activities.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
  • Prior experience of minimum 2 years in a client-facing role within the capital markets sector.
  • Sound knowledge of financial products, market intricacies, and effective client relationship management.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-paced and competitive environment.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and systems.
