We advise foreign and domestic investors on various legal matters, including analysis of court practice, drafting contracts and transaction documents, and engaging in due diligence assignments. In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out research on various legal matters, preparing legal advice and memoranda, and participating in client meetings and conference calls. You will also cooperate with junior staff and report to a counsel on the progress with client engagements.

To succeed in this role, you should have a good knowledge of corporate, civil, investment, and commercial law, as well as strong analytical and organizational skills. Fluency in Ukrainian and confident spoken and written English are essential. A working experience in a leading law firm and/or a Big 4 firm is a plus, but not a must.
